Fire Control Signal Butterfly Valve
Product introduction:
BUTTERFLY valve is a throttling device, suitable for high-rise
building fire protection system and other need to show the valve
switch status on the pipeline system.
Signal butterfly valve is suitable for petroleum, chemical
industry, food, medicine, paper-making, water and electricity,
ships, water supply and drainage, smelting, energy and other system
pipeline. It can be used as regulating and throttling equipment on
a variety of corrosive and non-corrosive gas, liquid, semi-fluid
and solid powder lines and containers.
Signal butterfly valve is equipped with a signal device, which can
send out electrical signals to show the opening and state of the
butterfly plate, it is an important component of automatic
sprinkler system, normally it is installed at both ends of the
alarm valve group or at the entrance of each branch pipe of the
system. When the alarm valve set or pipe network is being repaired,
turn it off, using worm gear drive shaft and butterfly plate
rotation to realize opening and closing and control flow. By
rotating the hand-wheel of worm gear and worm drive device, the
butterfly plate can achieve the purpose of opening and closing and
regulating the flow, and the hand-wheel rotates clockwise to close
the valve. A micro switch is arranged in the transmission box,
which can output the closing and opening signals of the valve and
show the different positions of the butterfly plate.
