Product Introduction:

for cutting or connecting pipeline media in various working

with ANSI Class150~2500 and working temperature<600 ° C.
Applicable media include water, oil, steam, etc. The operating
methods include manual, gear transmission, electric, pneumatic,
etc.
The American standard forged steel globe valve is a commonly used
shut-off valve, mainly used to connect or cut off the medium in the
pipeline, and is generally not used to regulate flow. The cut-off
valve is suitable for a wide range of pressure and temperature.
This valve is suitable for small diameter pipelines, with sealing
surfaces that are not easily worn or scratched, good sealing
performance, small valve disc travel during opening and closing,
short opening and closing time, and small valve height.

Product features:
1. The product is designed and manufactured according to API
standards, with reliable sealing, excellent performance, and can be
used in conjunction with imported equipment.
The sealing of the gate and valve seat above 2.600Lb is made of
Stellite cobalt based hard alloy overlay welding, which is
wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant,
with good scratch resistance and long service life
3. The valve stem has undergone quenching and surface nitriding
treatment, and has good corrosion resistance and scratch
resistance.
4. Adopting a wedge-shaped elastic gate structure and equipped with
rolling bearings for medium and large diameters, the opening and
closing are easy.
5. The valve body material variety is complete, and the packing and
gasket are reasonably selected according to actual working
conditions or user requirements, which can be suitable for various
pressure, temperature, and medium working conditions.
6. The middle chambers of 6.1500LB and 2500LB adopt a pressure self
tightening sealing structure. The sealing performance increases
with the increase of internal pressure, and the reliability is
high.
7. The reverse seal is made by connecting the sealing seat with
stainless steel threads or welding austenitic stainless steel on
the body. The reverse seal is reliable, and filling replacement and
maintenance can be carried out without stopping the machine, which
is convenient and fast without affecting the system operation.
