Product introduction:

On the basis of considering the operating characteristics of the
oxygen pipeline network, the oxygen shut-off valve is made of
high-quality silicon brass or stainless steel casting, which has
the advantages of high mechanical strength, wear resistance, and
good safety. It has the best explosion-proof and flame-retardant
performance when used in oxygen pipelines, eliminating unsafe
factors in oxygen pipelines; The sealing surface is made of
stainless steel body processing or hard alloy welding, which is not
easy to wear and scratch, has good sealing performance, and there
is no relative sliding between the valve disc and the valve body
sealing surface when opening and closing, so the wear and scratch
are not serious, the sealing performance is good and with long
service life time.

Product features:
1. The valve body, stem, and internal components of a bypass oxygen
shut-off valve are made of three types of materials: 304 austenitic
stainless steel, copper alloy, and Inconel alloy.
2. There are three structural forms of high-pressure oxygen
shut-off valves: single valve structure, internal bypass structure,
and external bypass structure.
3. The medium flow direction of JY41W/H oxygen shut-off valve has
two types: low inlet and high outlet, and high inlet and low
outlet.
4. The valve stem structure of oxygen shut-off valve is divided
into two types: rotating lifting rod and lifting rod.
5. The bracket part adopts a fully enclosed structure, covered with
organic glass at the front and back, and fixed with screws to
prevent oil dust from entering. There is a clear no oil mark on the
cover plate;
6. The top exposed part of the valve stem is equipped with a
protective cover, which can prevent dust and oil.
7. Anti static grounding bolts are designed on the outer circles of
the flanges at both ends of the valve body.
8. All components undergo strict degreasing treatment before
