Globe valve, also known as the cut-off valve, belongs to the forced
sealing valve, the stem axis of the globe valve is vertical to the
sealing surface of the valve seat, and is broken by driving the
spool up and down.Its opening and closing parts are plug shaped
disc, sealing above a plane or sea cone, disc along the center line
of the seat for linear movement, so when the valve is closed,
pressure must be applied to the disc to force sealing surface does
not leak.
When the globe valve is opened, the opening height of the valve
disc is 25% ~ 30% of the nominal diameter.When the flow has reached
the maximum, the valve has reached the fully open
position.Therefore, the full open position of the globe valve
should be determined by the stroke of the valve disc.
Globe valve stem open or close stroke is relatively short, and has
a very reliable cut off function, and because of the change of the
valve seat opening and the stroke of the disc is directly
proportional to the relationship, is very suitable for flow
regulation.Can be used in most media flow systems.At present, we

Product features:
1. In terms of structure, globe valve is simpler than gate valve.
There is only one sealing surface on the valve body and valve disc,
which has good manufacturing technology and is easy to manufacture
and maintain.Globe valve in the full closing process of the disc
travel is small, its height is relatively small gate valve.
2. The opening height of the globe valve is small in the opening
and closing process. The opening height is generally only 1/4 of
the diameter of the valve seat channel and has very reliable
cutting action, which is easy to adjust the flow.
3. From the service life, once in the open state, there is no
contact between the seat and the sealing surface of the disc, the
sealing surface is not easy to wear and scratch, so it improves the
service life of the seal.
4. The globe valve only allows one-way flow of media, directional
installation, the length of the globe valve structure is greater
than the gate valve.
5. The opening and closing torque of globe valve is large and it is
difficult to realize fast opening and closing. Moreover, the flow
passage in the valve is tortuous and the fluid flow resistance is
large, resulting in a large loss of fluid power in the pipeline
